Click, Clack, Moo

Best enjoyed by kids ages 4 and up

A TheatreWorks USA production

  • December 12 to 13, 2009

Based on the hugely-popular Caldecott Award-winning children’s book by Doreen Cronin

All day long, Farmer Brown hears "click clack moo, clickety clackety moo..." To his dismay, his cows are typing on a typewriter, protesting their working conditions and even demanding electric blankets! Eventually the on-strike cows and Farmer Brown are forced to reach a mutually agreeable compromise, with the help of an impartial party - the duck. But this poor, beleaguered farmer's unusual troubles are not over yet! This uproariously funny tale will give young rebels-in-the-making a taste of the power of diplomatic protest and the satisfaction of cooperation. A hilariously "moo-ving" new musical all about the delicate art of compromise.

A note to parents from Gina and Freyda, TYKEs co-founders –

Hi Parents! After several billion tiny battles with our own young kids over everything from wearing flip flops to school during a snowstorm to eating cotton candy for breakfast, we bring you the gift of this fabulous show. It might just bring a little extra peace and harmony to your home, no typewriter required! Happy Holidays!
